Monty Crew Complete the 3 Peak Challenge!

In June of this year 6 of Jess's friend's dads otherwise known as The Monty Crew successfully conquered the 3 highest peaks of Great Britain! They raised in excess of £3500 for The Children's Brain Tumour Research Centre in Nottingham on behalf of The Jessica Hope Foundation.

A massive thank you to The Monty Crew boys for all their hard work fundraising, training and successfully completing their challenge! It was not without a number of incidences and we should also perhaps thank the elderly ladies who returned them to their cars after walking back down the wrong side of Snowdon!

John, Tom & Sam look forward to joining The Monty Crew in a new challenge in 2014!

Foundation Launch Day - 23rd June 2013

On the 23rd June at Trent College, The Jessica Hope Foundation was officially launched.

Despite the typical British weather the day was a huge success with netball, tennis and cricket tournaments as well as live music and a BBQ. Dozens of Jess's friends and teachers were involved in helping to plan and run the day.

Hundreds of local people came to support the day as well as the BBC and Nottingham Post providing coverage.

In excess of £12000 was raised and one lucky family won a week in a beautiful villa in Spain in our prize raffle draw, drawn by Jessica Lee the local MP for Erewash.

A massive thank you to everyone involved - look forward to seeing you again next year!!
